Reaching a balance is a learning process. At times, you may tip the balance too much in one direction, so come back and look to balance.
1. Build a healthy you, build you by building your self-esteem daily!
2. Build your confidence daily
3. Find time to just give, see how it feels!
4. Develop positive outlooks and share them with others
5. Making a difference in others’ lives
6. Get to know what's important to you
7. Be mindful with those around you
8. Relieve yourself from the things that are not the right energy for you.
9. Be in touch with your own emotions.
10. Spiritually create what you call your own balance!
Learn to be at peace with yourself. Spend quality time with yourself – Set aside time to totally be alone. Do a breathing exercise – try counting your breaths from one to four, then start at one again. Or do something you love to do, painting, singing, dancing – whatever works for you!
